What You’ll Do

You will lead product work that brings AI/ML capabilities into education products for a Confidential Client. This role partners closely with data science, engineering, design, and educator/stakeholder teams to define product strategy, translate models into usable features, measure impact, and deliver high-quality releases that improve learning outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven education features.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to translate machine learning models into production-ready product experiences.
  • Conduct user and educator research to validate use cases and prioritize features.
  • Write clear product requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track success metrics (engagement, learning outcomes, retention).
  • Coordinate cross-functional releases and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with student data privacy and accessibility standards where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Product management experience (typical for an Associate product manager level) with demonstrated ownership of product features.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the product implications of model behavior.
  • Strong communication skills—able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting user research and defining measurable outcomes.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Education or EdTech products (student/teacher workflows, LMS, assessment tools).
  • Prior work with applied ML, NLP, or large language models (LLMs).
  • Technical background or experience working closely with ML engineering teams.
  • BS/MS in Product Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Education Technology, or related field.
