What You’ll Do

You will support AI/ML-enabled manufacturing operations by monitoring model and data workflows, turning operational data into actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor AI/ML pipelines and workflows to detect model drift, data anomalies, and pipeline failures
• Analyze large operational datasets to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to surface KPIs for engineering, operations, and leadership
• Maintain and validate data pipelines; ensure data ingestion, transformation, and storage meet quality standards
• Define and track key performance indicators (quality, yield, throughput, model performance) and create alerts for deviations
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to operationalize analytics and deliver reproducible insights
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and recommend data-driven actions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with AI/ML workflows in an operational or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to drive operational improvements
• Proven experience building dashboards and reports that influence process or product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering, operations, and IT teams to maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with manufacturing or imaging/printing production environments
• Experience defining and monitoring ML-specific KPIs (e.g., model performance, concept drift)
• Prior work on data observability, data validation, or production ML monitoring

• Data analysis & visualization (dashboarding and reporting)
• Data pipeline maintenance and validation
• Monitoring ML/AI workflows and operational metrics
• SQL or equivalent query skills; experience with large-scale datasets
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication

Working Conditions & Location

This is a full-time role based in Melville, NY. You will work closely with on-site teams in engineering, operations, and IT; occasional cross-site or remote collaboration may be required.
