Overview

Confidential Client is looking for an AI Engineer (Experienced Associate level) to contribute to design, build, and deploy AI and machine-learning solutions at scale. This role focuses on transforming raw data into reliable, production-ready models and services, supporting client engagements across commercial technology and innovation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI systems that convert raw data into actionable business insights
• Develop and deploy machine-learning models using Python and TensorFlow
• Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support AI solutions
• Perform complex data analysis to drive informed decision-making
• Integrate data from multiple sources to improve data quality and model accuracy
• Use compiled languages (C++, Java) when required for performance-sensitive components
• Apply natural language processing techniques for text analytics and sentiment analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI systems
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Support client-facing engagements by providing technical expertise in AI and ML

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data, analytics, or software engineering

What Sets You Apart (Preferred / Nice-to-Have)

• Degree or coursework in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Certifications or credentials aligned to data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and validating data quality
• Experience developing ML models using TensorFlow and Scikit-learn
• Proficiency with Python and familiarity with C++ or Java for AI software development
• Experience with NLP, text analytics, or sentiment analysis
• Demonstrated ability to implement AI in production environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 — $140,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; subject to applicable employment laws)
• Eligible employees may receive an annual discretionary bonus
• Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401k), paid time off, and other standard offerings provided by the confidential client (details provided during the hiring process)
