What You’ll Do

This entry-level AI Engineer role is hands-on and experimental. You’ll work in an internal AI lab to help design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered agents that solve real business problems.

• Build and deploy AI agents for internal tools and customer-facing workflows
• Experiment with frontier and open-source models (e.g., Claude, GPT-family, and other emerging frameworks)
• Rapidly prototype ideas, evaluate performance, and iterate based on metrics and feedback
• Integrate models with APIs, automation workflows, and backend systems
• Research and adopt new AI libraries, agent frameworks, and tooling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation or efficiency opportunities

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a self-starter who learns by doing and can turn vague problems into working prototypes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Strong programming ability, preferably in Python
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and basic backend integration
• Demonstrated curiosity in AI/ML through personal projects, coursework, or experiments
• High ownership mindset — able to take ambiguous problems and deliver progress independently
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with minimal structure
• Strong problem-solving skills and an experimentation-first approach

Nice to Have

• Personal AI projects, bots, or automation tools you’ve built
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or deployment tools (Docker, CI/CD)
• Public portfolio or GitHub with live projects

• Location: Carrollton, TX (on-site or hybrid per client needs)
• Estimated salary: $79,921 per year (approximate)
