What You’ll Do

This role sits on an AI Engineering team delivering scalable AI-powered solutions for real-world clients. You'll apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to design, build, test, and deploy AI/ML systems while working closely with product, data science, and engineering teams.

  • Design and implement AI systems that transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Develop and validate scalable machine learning models to support client decisions
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms alongside backend/frontend engineers
  • Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset validation
  • Apply advanced algorithms and performance tuning to improve model quality
  • Build and deploy software components and pipelines that operationalize ML models
  • Analyze complex datasets to surface patterns and business insights
  • Support client engagements with clear documentation, demos, and technical recommendations
  • Continuously learn new AI techniques, tools, and best practices
  • Uphold professional and technical standards while contributing to team success

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with AI/ML, data engineering, or related software development

Preferred / distinguishing qualifications:

  • Degree or coursework in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering
  • Certifications or hands-on experience with cloud or data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ML models in production or near-production environments
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting client-facing projects in fast-paced environments
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a track record of delivering quality work

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $63,000 - $141,500 (range provided per applicable pay-transparency laws). Actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable law.
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefit details vary by location).
