What You’ll Do

This role is for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist focused on building, testing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams to turn data and models into reliable, production-ready systems.

  • Design and implement AI systems that convert raw data into actionable insights
  • Develop scalable machine learning models to support client decision-making
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms alongside engineering teams
  • Perform data wrangling, cleaning, feature engineering, and preprocessing
  • Apply advanced algorithms and fine-tune models to improve performance
  • Build, test, and deploy software components that leverage AI/ML (pipelines, APIs, model-serving)
  • Analyze complex datasets to surface trends and support business strategy
  • Support client engagements with high-quality deliverables and timely communication
  • Continuously learn and apply new AI/ML techniques, tools, and best practices
  • Maintain professional and technical standards while working within a team environment

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or related engineering work

Preferred / Nice-to-Have (What Sets You Apart)

  • Degree focus in Analytics/Data Science, AI/Robotics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • Certifications or credentials in data engineering, ML, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Proven experience implementing AI/ML models in production
  • Familiarity with model deployment tooling, CI/CD for ML, and MLOps practices
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience supporting clients in fast-paced, client-facing settings
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work and to build a professional reputation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $63,000 — $141,500 (Actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.)
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
  • Typical benefits may include: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (benefit details vary by location and will be provided by the client)

  • Primary work location: Highland Park, TX (on-site / client location details will be provided in the hiring process)
  • Employment type: Full-time
