Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join its AI Engineering team within Digital Assurance & Technology. In this full-time role based in Florham Park, NJ, you will help design, implement, test, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions that solve real-world client problems. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, backend/frontend developers, and product teams to productionize models and build reliable software systems that operationalize ML.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI systems that convert raw data into actionable insights
• Develop scalable machine learning models to support client decision-making
• Preprocess and wrangle datasets for training and evaluation
• Apply advanced algorithms to improve model performance and robustness
• Build, test, and deploy software components that integrate AI/ML into platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to productionize AI solutions and integrate them into client environments
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns that inform client strategy
• Support client engagements by delivering quality work on schedule
• Continuously learn and apply new techniques and best practices in AI engineering

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or related engineering work
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly with team members and clients

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

• Degree in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications related to data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms (examples: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Demonstrated proficiency deploying ML models and building data pipelines
• Experience supporting clients in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting project requirements
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality technical work

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $141,500 (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; subject to applicable employment laws)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefits vary by location and role)
