Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an AI Engineer / Data Scientist (Experienced Associate) to join an AI Engineering team focused on building and deploying scalable AI and ML solutions. This full-time role is based in Boston, MA and offers a salary range of $63,000 - $141,500 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI systems that turn raw data into actionable insights
• Develop, validate, and productionize scalable machine learning models
• Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset validation
• Integrate AI solutions with backend/frontend platforms and product teams
• Apply advanced algorithms and ML techniques to improve model performance
• Build and deploy software systems and pipelines that support ML lifecycle
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and business opportunities
• Support client engagements and adapt deliverables to project needs
• Continuously learn and apply new AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Maintain professional and technical standards while collaborating in cross-functional teams

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with data, ML, or software engineering

What Sets You Apart (Preferred)

• Degree or coursework in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Certifications or hands-on experience with cloud/data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) or ML tooling
• Demonstrated proficiency in machine learning implementation, model evaluation, and deployment
• Experience supporting clients or stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills, attention to quality, and ability to communicate technical findings clearly

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $141,500 (actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
