What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level AI Enablement Associate to turn AI ideas into practical tools that improve day-to-day work across the firm. You’ll work closely with an AI Committee (partners and team members) to evaluate tools, build prototypes, and deliver usable automations and assistants that save time and raise quality.

• Prototype and deliver AI assistants, prompt libraries, and automated workflows for accounting and tax teams
• Evaluate third‑party AI tools and produce clear recommendations on capabilities and risks
• Build demos and short write-ups to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Help partners and staff adopt tools like Microsoft Copilot; create guides, prompts, and quick training sessions
• Instrument prototypes to track usage and measure impact; iterate on improvements
• Follow responsible‑AI and confidentiality practices; keep a human in the loop for production use

The Skill Set

This is an entry-level role; we welcome current students, recent grads, and early-career applicants who demonstrate aptitude and curiosity.

• Quick learner who experiments with generative AI tools and prototypes (prompting, simple scripting, integrations)
• Strong communicator who can explain technical findings to non-technical teammates
• Team player: humble, coachable, and responsive to feedback
• Client-focused with good judgment and discretion handling confidential information
• Able to work independently on scoped projects and follow through to delivery
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical/self-taught experience welcomed

Success Plan — First 1 Month

• Complete onboarding and introductory training; learn core systems (tax/accounting tools, document management)
• Meet the AI Committee and learn the roadmap and priorities
• Take on initial evaluation and prototyping tasks; report findings to the committee

Success Plan — First 6 Months

• Own a steady flow of committee-scoped projects and ship first working prototypes
• Build or configure AI tools and workflows that solve concrete problems for teams
• Present demos and concise summary reports showing recommendations and next steps
• Follow responsible-use guidelines and support teammates in correct data handling

What Success Looks Like (Longer Term)

• Multiple prototypes moved into everyday use by teams across the firm
• A library of proven prompts, guides, and training materials for partners and staff
• Reliable, measured improvements in team efficiency or quality from your solutions
• Trusted judgement that contributes to the committee’s roadmap and prioritization
