What You’ll Do
As an Analyst focused on AI & Data Engineering, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions that convert data into actionable insights and intelligence. You will contribute across the full lifecycle — from solution architecture and model development to deployment and integration — while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy AI solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, machine learning models, cognitive services)
- Build scalable data engineering pipelines and integrations to support AI/ML workloads
- Apply advanced algorithms and scientific methods to interpret data and surface actionable insights
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business/agency needs
- Support deployment, testing, and operationalization of models and AI services
- Produce high-quality deliverables and documentation for clients and internal teams
- Lead or support workstreams and small projects; clearly communicate status, risks, and recommendations
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Team & Environment
You will join the Confidential Client’s Government & Public Services practice that serves public sector organizations — government agencies, higher education, and non-profits. Teams operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and transformation to improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Expect collaborative teams, client-facing engagements, and opportunities to specialize while building consulting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027, OR have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computational Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or an equivalent program
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher
- Reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office with ability to commute daily if required
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to lead small projects or workstreams
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in AI, data science, machine learning, computational engineering, or robotics
- Familiarity with chatbot/virtual assistant frameworks, ML model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment), and cloud data platforms
Compensation & Location
Estimated salary range: $95,000 — $98,000 per year (reasonable estimate; compensation depends on skills, experience, certifications, and other business needs). This range has not been adjusted for any geographic differential.

- Travel: up to ~50% on average
- Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance required
