What You’ll Do

As an AI Commercial Strategy Associate you will help shape product strategy and commercialization for AI-enabled solutions within the client's product portfolio. You will provide market intelligence, build business cases, support go-to-market planning, and help leadership make investment decisions that move products from concept to commercialization.

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive innovation and meet client needs
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategic product direction
• Build business cases and design products for commercialization
• Collaborate with leadership to guide investment decisions and product positioning
• Support the design and execution of go-to-market efforts to enhance revenue generation
• Facilitate action plans for product development and commercialization
• Gather and analyze data to discern trends and inform product strategies
• Adapt to diverse client and team environments to deliver high-quality work
• Apply a growth mindset to continuously learn and refine domain and commercial skills
• Uphold professional and technical standards while building commercial awareness

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Role Details & Compensation

• Employment type: FULL_TIME
• Location: Elkins Park, PA (on-site or as noted by the client)
• Travel: Up to 20%
• Salary range: $50,500 - $112,500 (Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.)
