Overview
This is an entry-level, hands-on role on the MarTech Platform & Integrations team for a Confidential Client. As an Agentic AI Orchestration Analyst you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot pre-built agentic AI orchestration workflows (Optimizely Opal / “Mark”) that automate marketing tasks across the MarTech stack. This role focuses on reliable execution and operational support — not platform development — and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants practical exposure to AI agent orchestration and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor pre-built orchestration agents within Optimizely Opal (Mark) following documented workflows and runbooks.
- Track agent runs for successful completion; log and escalate errors, failures, or unexpected outputs to senior team members.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting on failed or stalled agent executions using established runbooks and checklists.
- Maintain accurate records of agent activity, execution logs, and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.
- Support data hygiene and input-quality checks that feed orchestration workflows (e.g., verifying source data, tagging, triggers).
- Assist in testing new or updated orchestration agents prior to production rollout and document results.
- Collaborate with the MarTech Platform & Integration Manager and cross-functional stakeholders (marketing ops, campaign teams) to understand workflow requirements and communicate agent status.
- Escalate platform bugs, integration failures, or data discrepancies to the appropriate internal or vendor (Optimizely) support channel.
- Contribute to internal documentation of agent configurations, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned.
- Participate in ongoing training to build proficiency in Optimizely Opal / Mark and broader marketing automation concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field).
- 0–1 years professional experience; internships, co-ops, or coursework involving marketing technology, automation, or data tools are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured processes and documentation.
- Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, marketing automation, workflow tools, or AI/agent-based systems.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data (Excel / Google Sheets) to track and validate outputs.
- Clear written communication skills for logging issues and documenting processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time across recurring operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Optimizely Opal / Mark, or other marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Basic familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or no-code / low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make).
- Coursework or personal projects involving AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with ticketing/documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Independently execute and monitor assigned orchestration agents with minimal supervision.
- Accurately identify and escalate agent failures following the correct runbook and channel.
- Build working knowledge of the team’s MarTech stack and how orchestration agents support campaign workflows.
- Establish consistent documentation habits for agent runs, issues, and resolutions.
Why Join This Team
- Hands-on exposure to agentic AI orchestration within a live marketing technology environment — a high-demand skill set.
- Mentorship from the MarTech Platform & Integration Manager and a clear path toward platform, integration, or automation-engineering roles.
- Opportunity to work across marketing operations and campaign teams and see direct impact from operational improvements.
