What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with agricultural producers and agribusiness clients through networking and community involvement.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and production history to structure tailored lending solutions (operating lines, equipment, livestock, and real estate loans).
- Monitor loan portfolio performance to ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance.
- Represent the Confidential Client at community and agricultural events to strengthen market presence.
- Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to prepare documentation and support sound loan approvals.
Who You Are
- Experienced in — or eager to develop — ag and/or commercial lending skills, with strong financial analysis ability.
- Familiar with agricultural production cycles and credit fundamentals, or willing to learn.
- A self-starter with excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a community-bank, relationship-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; the Confidential Client will train candidates who bring ag knowledge, community ties, and the right attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $58,000 — $100,000 per year (range dependent on experience; entry level toward the lower end).
