What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Affiliate Manager (Oral Care) to lead affiliate and social commerce programs that convert creator activity into measurable digital commerce revenue. This hands-on role owns TikTok Shop growth, affiliate sampling and recruitment, retailer activation, and program quality across Oral Care product forms.

Key responsibilities:

• Own TikTok Shop growth: creator community management, affiliate recruitment, activation, and performance optimization.
• Design and run an affiliate sampling program that accelerates trial, creator participation, and high-quality content output.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a high-potential affiliate/creator roster across Oral-B, Crest Whitening, and Paste.
• Build dedicated affiliate networks and tailored activation plans by product form and retailer.
• Develop and launch a Target affiliate program and improve Amazon affiliate program quality and productivity.
• Explore and test TikTok Live and other live-shopping/social-commerce formats; translate learnings into scalable playbooks.
• Define program goals, reporting, and optimization routines that link creator activity to incremental digital commerce revenue.
• Partner cross-functionally with brand, media, sales, digital commerce, retailers, agencies, and platforms.
• Operate with disciplined stewardship, ensuring programs follow applicable policies, platform requirements, and disclosure standards.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Ecommerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, social commerce, ecommerce, or digital performance marketing — consumer goods experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling affiliate, ambassador, or creator programs that drive measurable digital commerce outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop and social selling platforms; experience with TikTok Live or other live-shopping formats is a plus.
• Understanding of retailer affiliate ecosystems (Amazon, Target, etc.).
• Strong creator recruitment, community management, relationship-building, and program cultivation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills — able to connect creator activity and content performance to conversion and revenue.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and builds new capabilities from the ground up.
• Passion for creators, commerce, and emerging social platforms; bias toward experimentation and scalable growth.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Mason / Cincinnati, OH area office.

Preferred:

• Prior experience managing affiliate sampling programs or creator product seeding.
• Demonstrable success improving affiliate program conversion, content quality, or sales contribution.

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment type: Full time
• Starting pay / salary range (provided by Confidential Client): $90,700 — $116,500 per year
• Schedule: Hybrid in-office / remote cadence; must be able to work from the Mason, OH area office as required.
