What You’ll Do

This role supports TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns from activation through reporting. You'll work with affiliate coordinators and creators to execute product seeding, campaign briefs, and tracking while keeping program records and performance data accurate.

• Manage affiliate campaign operations: identify, engage, and activate creators for flat-fee and commission-based campaigns
• Coordinate onboarding: manage agreements, training materials, and product seeding logistics
• Distribute campaign briefs and coordinate outreach for product launches and promotional pushes
• Track campaign activity and finances: budgets, content posted, GMV, sample fulfillment, and creator participation
• Assist with securing content usage rights and managing creator communications
• Maintain accurate affiliate lists, tracking sheets, and CRM data using Google Workspace and Monday.com
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting wins and opportunities
• Support sample approvals, shipment coordination, and program administration
• Collaborate across the team to ensure thorough campaign coverage and timely follow-up
• Participate in content creation as needed: on-camera work, filming, basic editing, and occasional TikTok Lives

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year in marketing, influencer, or affiliate roles (internship experience welcome)
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the TikTok creator ecosystem
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with on-camera content creation and live formats
• Experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or project tools (Monday.com preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Compensation & Employment Type

• Employment type: Contract
• Salary range (as posted by the client): $28.00 - $31.00 (USD) — as stated in the original posting. This range reflects the client’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay within the range will depend on experience, location, and other factors.
• Eligible for an annual target bonus prorated from start date (per client policy)
