What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level engineering role supporting a growing aerospace manufacturer. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to help deliver aircraft components and interior systems.
- Coordinate between production and engineering design teams to resolve build and assembly issues
- Attend customer and project meetings alongside the Project Engineer and capture action items
- Provide regular project status updates to project stakeholders
- Support engineering projects, including engineering change implementation and document control
- Assist with drawings, BOM updates, and other engineering documentation
- Gain hands-on exposure to aircraft engineering processes, manufacturing workflows, and program execution
What We're Looking For
We seek motivated, organized candidates who are eager to learn in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or closely related field
- 0–2 years’ experience — recent grads with internships or co-ops in mechanical/design or manufacturing are encouraged to apply
- Comfort working across engineering and production teams and communicating clearly with both groups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, be trained, and take on increasing responsibility
- CAD exposure (CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is preferred
- Experience or interest in aircraft interiors, structural components, or mechanical design is a plus
