What You’ll Do
This Administrative Assistant role supports day-to-day office operations for a confidential client in the Admin industry. You will help keep teams on schedule, manage communications, and maintain accurate records to enable smooth, efficient work across the organization.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence (emails, memos, reports)
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow‑up actions
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
- Assist with travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and format documents and presentation materials
- Monitor and restock office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred where applicable
- CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or similar certification is a plus
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
Experience Levels
- Entry-level: 0–2 years administrative experience
- Mid-level: 3–5 years supporting teams or departments
- Senior: 6+ years, often supporting executives or larger departments
Compensation & Schedule
- Employment type: Full time
- Estimated pay (as listed by source): $32,789 per year (estimated)
- Actual pay and benefits will be determined by the confidential client and may vary by location and experience
