Position overview
This role supports an onsite management team at a confidential client in Plano, TX. It's a 12+ month W2 contract (contract-to-hire, multiple extensions possible), onsite position with an hourly rate of $37.00/hr. The role is ideal for an early-career professional or recent graduate aiming to build experience in corporate administration and operations. English/Korean bilingual professional proficiency is required.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate travel and expense management: prepare/process travel & entertainment expense reports, book travel and accommodations, and reconcile budget items.
- Manage office and logistics operations: handle mail/shipping/packaging, order supplies, maintain office equipment, and support workspace setups and office planning.
- Schedule and support meetings and events: manage calendars, reserve conference rooms, arrange catering, organize standing video conferences for leadership, and assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Support equipment and onboarding logistics: place inventory requests, track orders, and help set up devices for new hires.
- Draft and edit documentation and communications: prepare internal memos, status reports, correspondence, contracts, and business presentations; perform basic research to support team initiatives.
Key skills & qualifications
- English / Korean bilingual — professional proficiency required.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, secretarial, or general office support experience (corporate experience strongly preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented corporate environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preference given to recent college graduates looking to grow within a corporate environment.
