What You’ll Do
As an Actuarial Analyst with our confidential client, you will support client engagements by building quantitative models, analyzing risk, and turning data into actionable recommendations. Typical responsibilities include:
- Work in a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment across industries and geographies
- Collaborate with teams to develop financial and mathematical models that inform business decisions
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using statistical methods to quantify risk
- Support projects in one or more actuarial areas (Health, Property & Casualty, Life, Rewards & Wellbeing, Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in written deliverables
- Learn and apply new techniques, frameworks, and technologies quickly to drive client impact
Team & Environment
You will join a consultancy team that embeds technical insights into client operating models—covering people, processes, technology, and intellectual capital. Engagement teams prioritize client value while investing in professional development and community impact.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field
- Strong academic record (3.0 cumulative GPA required; 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Able to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
- At least 18 years of age at time of employment
- Live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (e.g., ~100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily if required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort with Windows-based systems
- Strong verbal and written communication, independent time management, problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
- Completion of at least one exam from the Society of Actuaries (SOA), Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS), or comparable organization prior to July 1, 2027

Compensation
