What You’ll Do
This role supports forensic accounting, financial analysis, bankruptcy-related engagements, and other client projects. You will work closely with senior team members to review, analyze, and summarize financial records and prepare supporting schedules and deliverables.
- Review financial, accounting, and supporting documentation
- Analyze and summarize financial information for reports and client deliverables
- Prepare and maintain detailed spreadsheets and financial schedules
- Review QuickBooks files and summarize relevant transactions
- Extract and organize data from source documents into clear formats
- Assist with forensic accounting and related analyses
- Support bankruptcy-related and financial investigation engagements as needed
- Conduct research and gather supporting information for client projects
- Maintain accurate, organized workpapers and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with senior team members on analysis and report preparation
- Complete assignments accurately and on established deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Approximately 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, or related experience preferred but not required
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- CPA, CPA-track, or interest in pursuing relevant credentials is a plus
- Prior exposure to bankruptcy, forensic accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis is beneficial but not required
- Interest in applying accounting knowledge beyond traditional audit/tax work
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- General proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and summarize large amounts of financial information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple assignments
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in forensic accounting and related areas
Work Schedule & Environment
This is an on-site position in Oklahoma City, OK. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Compensation
- Estimated salary: $62,539 per year (estimated)
