What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Accountant to join their Business Management team. This role provides hands-on accounting and financial training with a clear path to leadership and business management responsibilities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support month-end close and assist with financial statement preparation
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger entries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and basic financial analysis
- Prepare reports for management and help identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Use Microsoft Excel and accounting systems to manage data and produce reports
- Participate in a structured development program that rotates through sales, HR, procurement and operations to build business acumen
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Planning to attain CPA within 1–2 years (progress toward CPA required)
- Candidates within two semesters of graduation with an Accounting or Finance degree will be considered
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years old
