What You’ll Do
This entry-level Accountant role provides hands-on exposure to core accounting functions — accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and month-end activities. You will support the accounting team at a confidential client and help ensure accurate, timely financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Enter and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close tasks and assist with journal entries
- Review financial records for accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Maintain organized and confidential financial documentation
- Assist with basic financial reporting and accounting analysis
- Respond to vendor and internal questions about accounting transactions
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifications
The confidential client is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate who is eager to learn and grow in accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Recent graduates or candidates with internship/relevant coursework are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with accounting software is a plus

- Accounts payable / accounts receivable

- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Basic financial reporting and analysis
