Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring bilingual accountants (English & Korean) in Los Angeles, CA. Opportunities are available for entry-level and experienced candidates who have worked in a public CPA environment or who demonstrate strong accounting and tax fundamentals. This is a full-time, on-site role with career growth, training, and visa sponsorship options.
Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare and support tax preparation and tax resolution services
- Provide client support and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with incidental administrative tasks as needed
- Use QuickBooks and MS Excel for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
- Participate in tax-season workflows and occasional overtime during peak periods
- Continue professional development through on-the-job training and firm-led programs
Qualifications & skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean — required
- Solid accounting and tax knowledge; experience in a public CPA firm preferred
- Proficient with MS Excel; QuickBooks experience preferred (for experienced hires)
- Business-related bachelor’s degree in the U.S. preferred
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (for experienced hires)
- Attention to detail and a client-service mindset

- Estimated base salary: $33,683 per year (estimated)
