Account Manager | Entry Level
The Entry Level Account Manager at Confidential Client is responsible for building long-term, trusting relationships with customers through a consultative, one-on-one approach. What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in-person in a professional, consultative manner
- Meet one-on-one with business owners to understand needs and recommend services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts on behalf of Confidential Client
- Generate sales and grow customer accounts through relationship-building and strategic advice
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet shared sales goals and support business development
Who We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, bartending, or other customer-facing roles are a strong fit)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Good negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset
- Innovative problem-solver who enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office in Tysons Corner, VA
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual pay: $56,900 (estimated)
- Two available compensation structures (details reviewed during hiring process):
- Uncapped commission option — commissions averaging approximately $800–$1,500+ per week (earnings vary by performance), or
- Weekly base pay option — base pay around $800/week plus performance bonuses
