What You’ll Do

This entry-level Account Manager role is part of a structured 24-month development program designed to accelerate high-potential new graduates into customer-facing account ownership. You will work on-site in Plano, TX (four days per week, with one day of remote flexibility) and be trained to use data and technology to deliver supply chain and logistics solutions.

  • Develop broad supply chain and logistics knowledge (modes, capacity, pricing, service, customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job problem solving
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding their business needs and solving operational challenges
  • Own shipment execution end-to-end—from planning through delivery—leveraging digital and AI-enabled insights to anticipate risk and drive reliable outcomes
  • Use analytics and tools to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and convert insights into service, cost, and reliability improvements
  • Participate in customer business reviews and planning; collaborate with experienced Account Managers to identify growth opportunities (new lanes, service expansions, value-added solutions)
  • Rotate through cross-functional teams (sales, pricing, operations, capacity) to build internal networks and operational knowledge
  • Proactively improve processes, reduce friction, and implement best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by Summer 2027
  • Experience using a customer perspective to guide decisions and actions

Preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making data-driven recommendations
  • Experience or interest in using technology and tools to evaluate solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills for building customer rapport and collaborating across teams
  • Demonstrated leadership or teamwork through internships, projects, or student organizations
  • Commitment to working in and contributing to a diverse and inclusive environment

Work Arrangement & Location

  • Location: Plano, TX (authoritative)
  • On-site collaboration required four days per week with one remote day permitted
  • Role type: Full-time
  • Telecommute flexibility is supported in the program structure

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range (base pay): $24.28 - $54.99 per hour. Your individual pay will be based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
