This is an entry‑level Account Manager (Entry Level Sales) position based in Middleburg, FL. You will represent a confidential client in the direct marketing and sales industry, engaging with customers to promote services and products, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role includes structured training, clear performance metrics, and opportunities for commission-based earnings and career advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to present products and services
- Manage daily sales activities and follow a defined sales process
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client needs professionally
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts
- Track interactions and outcomes using digital tools and CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet team goals and KPIs
- Participate in training and coaching to develop selling skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, competitive team environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, resilient, and coachable — willing to learn and follow proven sales processes
- Basic technical proficiency (email, web tools, CRM); ability to learn new digital tools
- No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
- Previous retail, restaurant, hotel, customer service, sales or marketing experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base compensation: $48,763 per year (estimated)
