What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Account Manager you will support customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging with customers, managing sales activities, and delivering excellent service. Training is provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
- Engage directly with customers to promote services and products and build long-lasting relationships
- Manage day-to-day sales activities and follow established sales processes
- Identify client needs and match customers with appropriate solutions
- Track and document customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet team targets
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow sales processes and manage basic sales workflows
- Motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a competitive team environment
- Basic technical proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in retail, restaurant, hotel, customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus
- Positive attitude and desire for professional development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation: $52,087 per year (estimated) — actual pay may vary by role and performance
