Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join a fast-paced sales team based in Huntersville, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated, coachable candidate who wants to launch a sales career through paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths. The position focuses on building customer relationships through in-person outreach, supporting the sales lifecycle, and delivering excellent client experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential customers through direct, face-to-face contact and local prospecting
- Learn and promote Confidential Client’s services and products to meet client needs
- Support the sales cycle from prospecting through closing and handoff to client success
- Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software
- Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and ongoing development workshops
- Coordinate with marketing and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding

- Strong organizational skills and time-management habits
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- No prior sales experience necessary — enthusiasm and a willingness to be trained matter most
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to reliably commute to Huntersville, NC
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $45,866 per year (reported estimate)
- Uncapped commission potential with average earnings commonly reported in the $65,000–75,000+ range annually, plus bonuses and incentives
