What You’ll Do

This entry-level Account Manager role supports a portfolio of local business clients through consultative, in-person account management. Working for a Confidential Client, you will build long-term relationships, drive revenue growth for assigned accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Engage with customers in-person in a professional, friendly manner
• Meet one-on-one with business owners to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a customer portfolio across multiple client services
• Generate sales and renewals within assigned accounts using a consultative approach
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales goals and support business development

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

We welcome applicants with 0–3 years of relevant experience who are enthusiastic, coachable, and customer-focused.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good negotiation and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or customer service is a strong plus)
• Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office in Wolf Trap, VA

Confidential Client provides structured training and development plus competitive compensation options:

  • Weekly base pay plus performance bonuses
• Estimated annual salary (source estimate): $56,049 (shown for transparency)
