Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring Entry‑Level Account Managers to represent client brands in person across the Dallas–Fort Worth area (Addison, TX). This is a fast‑paced, performance-driven sales role with hands-on training, clear advancement paths, and uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands face-to-face with professionalism
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Drive customer acquisition and expand market reach within assigned territories
• Learn and execute proven sales and marketing strategies
• Track performance metrics and meet personal and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic — reliable, accountable, and coachable
• High energy with a positive, competitive mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• At least 2 years of experience working one-on-one with people (sales, customer service, coaching, team leadership, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (local candidates only)
