What You’ll Do

As an Account Auditor for our confidential client you will support Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing teams by auditing rebate and supplier-funded programs, reconciling large data sets, and helping ensure timely collections.

• Audit rebates and other supplier-funded programs by analyzing sales and purchase data from multiple sources
• Track and reconcile purchase and sales records against agreed supplier programs
• Accurately enter and maintain program and receivable data in accounting systems
• Audit supplier-receivables and other program funds to identify discrepancies
• Communicate with supplier accounting contacts to resolve issues and support collections
• Produce clear reconciliation reports and support ad-hoc audit requests

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• Comfortable working with large data sets and strong proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented with a reconciliation mindset and experience with audit procedures
• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems (Outlook, Word, Windows-based networks)
• Experience with Microsoft GP (Great Plains), NetSuite, or Oracle is a plus
• Prior auditing experience, internships, or relevant coursework are advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Food industry experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment & Schedule

• This role is based onsite in Boise, ID Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• After an initial period of at least 90 days, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule (e.g., in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday), subject to client approval
• This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity; upon successful completion of the contract period the Confidential Client may convert to direct employment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (final offer depends on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors)
