What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level and experienced early childhood behavior therapists to deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Quincy and the South Shore (MA). As a therapist you will:
- Deliver evidence-based ABA interventions and one‑to‑one therapy following individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior-reduction and skill-building programs that promote independence
- Track progress with data collection and report outcomes to supervisors and families
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and caregivers to adjust goals
- Travel between client homes (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (starting range as listed by client)
- Estimated annual figure (posted): $29,807 (for part-time/varied hours)
- $2,500 full‑time signing incentive (eligible hires)
- $250 monthly bonus opportunities

Qualifications
Confidential Client considers applicants across education and experience levels:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (required for immediate promotional consideration)
- Associate degree in a related field with 300+ hours experience working with children
- High school diploma considered with full availability and 600+ hours experience working with children
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required for travel between client homes)
- COVID‑19 vaccination required unless an approved accommodation or exemption applies
- Strong communication skills, reliable attendance, and a passion for early childhood development
Entry-level candidates welcome — paid training is provided. Support is available to earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and pursue advanced degrees (BCBA/BCBA‑D).
Schedule & Work Type
- Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
- Sessions primarily Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM (minimum 3 days per week for part‑time roles)
- Work is in‑home with clients across Quincy, MA and the South Shore
