Confidential client is hiring an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician in Rosemead, CA. Compensation and benefits include:
- $20–$28 per hour depending on education and experience (entry-level: $20–$22/hr)
- Full-time benefits for 32+ hours/week; healthcare benefits available for 30+ hours/week

Schedule & Location
- Part-time roles available (10+ hours/week); preference for availability after 3pm

- Operating window: Monday–Sunday, 8:00am–8:00pm (sessions scheduled around client and staff availability)
- Work location: in-person visits within approximately a 15–20 mile radius of Rosemead, CA based on caseload needs
- Consistent and reliable transportation required
What You’ll Do
As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician you will:
- Implement individualized behavior management programs based on treatment plans
- Apply ABA techniques and prevention-focused behavior strategies in 1:1 settings (home & community)
- Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress against measurable goals
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional recordkeeping
- Participate in treatment and behavior-management team meetings
- Follow clinical protocols and ethical standards set by supervisory staff
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to ethical and professional standards
- Ability to provide evidence of a negative tuberculosis test
- Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background checks
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or learning disabilities
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions with children in 1:1 home or community settings
- Interest in pursuing or holding Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
