Position Summary

Confidential Client is hiring an ABA Behavioral Therapist to provide in-home and school-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for children and young adults (ages 0–24). Entry-level applicants and current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are encouraged to apply. This role includes hands-on 1:1 instruction, detailed data collection, and collaboration with supervising BCBAs.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver structured, intensive 1:1 ABA instruction in natural environments (home, school, clinic).
• Implement individualized behavior plans and learning targets determined by supervising BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report accurate client data on behaviors and progress.
• Follow programs and protocols, make observations, and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and monthly support groups.
• Travel locally to client sites across the service area as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting / background checks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Negative TB test results (per policy).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience or study in autism, early childhood education, special education, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Fluency in Armenian or Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working in multiple settings (home, school, clinic, community).
• Hard-working, patient, and enjoys working with children and young adults.
