What You’ll Do

This entry-level Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the business, reporting to the CEO. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone who wants operational exposure, responsibility, and growth within the legal industry.

  • Provide administrative support for operations, production workflows, and general business functions
  • Directly support the CEO on operational and strategic projects
  • Maintain and improve databases and business documentation
  • Assist with scheduling projects and coordinating project timelines
  • Support basic AR/AP tasks and follow up on past-due invoices
  • Update process and training documentation; identify and document process improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive, reliable work habits and eagerness to learn business operations end-to-end
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in Washington, DC
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship (Sponsorship is not available)
  • Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing priorities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
  • Eligible for bonus opportunities
  • Benefits: 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision; PTO; 401(k) match; profit sharing
  • Job type: Full-time (typical hours 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; 35–40 hours/week)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Washington, DC (100% in-office)

Compensation and benefits are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state pay transparency requirements.
