About the Role — Associate Product Manager, Loyalty & Checkout (Product / E‑commerce / Analytics)
This Associate Product Manager role is an early-career product position focused on two high-impact areas: the client’s paid loyalty subscription program and the lower‑funnel e‑commerce experience (cart, checkout, order confirmation, wishlist, and post‑purchase moments). This is a hands‑on, data‑driven product role where you’ll partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations to ship improvements that drive conversion, retention, and revenue. Location: Salt Lake City, UT — Hybrid (typically 3 days/week onsite).
What You’ll Do
- Support the product vision and roadmap for the client’s paid loyalty subscription program and related membership experiences.
- Track membership and retention metrics; partner with marketing, analytics, and finance to surface trends and opportunities.
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across cart, checkout, order confirmation, wishlist, and post‑purchase flows.
- Assist in writing clear, well‑scoped product requirements and acceptance criteria with engineering and design.
- Monitor funnel performance, analyze data, and present findings with actionable recommendations.
- Participate in A/B test design, implementation, and result analysis to validate hypotheses.
- Own metrics for the features you help deliver and iterate based on outcomes and customer feedback.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams to move initiatives from idea to live product.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical instincts; comfort working with data to form hypotheses and recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to document requirements and present findings.
- Genuine curiosity about how e‑commerce, subscription products, and digital experiences work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to move work forward across multiple workstreams.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with GA4, SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
- Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or CRO methodologies.
- Coursework or experience in entrepreneurship, product, digital business, or related areas.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools to increase productivity and quality.
- Background or passion for retail, e‑commerce, or subscription products (industry passion valued).
