About the Opportunity

CareerTakes is sourcing on behalf of a confidential client in the retail and fashion industry seeking an Assistant Program Manager, Creative Operations to support the execution of creative marketing initiatives.

This role sits at the center of the creative production process, helping coordinate work across creative, editorial, brand, and production teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces while ensuring projects stay on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and workflows using project management tools

  • Schedule cross-functional meetings including project kickoffs, reviews, and approvals

  • Capture meeting notes and communicate next steps to project stakeholders

  • Route creative work for feedback and consolidate comments from cross-functional partners

  • Track project deliverables and identify potential risks or delays

  • Coordinate with marketing and digital production teams to ensure smooth delivery of final creative assets

  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation to keep teams aligned on project status

  • Provide general operational and administrative support to the Creative Operations team


    What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, marketing production, or traffic management

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with collaboration or project tools such as Airtable, Figma, Miro, or Microsoft Office is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required


Compensation

Estimated salary range: $76,400 – $95,500 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
