CareerTakes is supporting a confidential healthcare client in the recruitment of a Primary Care Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist focused on Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) therapies.
Our client is a nationally recognized life sciences organization committed to advancing innovative treatments that improve outcomes for patients living with complex chronic conditions. Due to strategic growth and new product expansion, they are building their Primary Care commercial team across California.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a best-in-class hypertension therapy within a high-impact territory.
What You’ll Do
- Develop strong knowledge of disease states and clinical treatment guidelines
- Communicate product value and differentiation to healthcare providers
- Execute territory call plans aligned with brand strategy
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities
Build trusted relationships with Primary Care physicians and clinics - Leverage digital and in-person engagement strategies
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0–2+ years of sales, B2B, or commercial experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical sales exposure
Experience working with Primary Care providers - Strong territory planning and data interpretation skills
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary range: $76,000 – $178,000, depending on experience and territory scope.
