What You’ll Do

Build full-stack features and services that power an integrations-first data platform for the construction industry. Work on web front-end components and back-end services that synchronize data across accounting, project management, payroll, and field operations systems. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and operate scalable APIs and product features that reduce manual work and enable real-time decision making.

  • Design and implement user-facing features in a TypeScript/React codebase
  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data synchronization pipelines
  • Write reliable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
  • Debug production issues, monitor service health, and improve system reliability
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship high-impact work quickly
  • Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
  • Recent graduates with strong internship or co-op experience (exceptional early-career candidates encouraged)
  • Strong programming fundamentals and familiarity with web application development
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on engineering teams and take high ownership of projects
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days/week

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Intern or co-op experience building production web applications or backend services
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres) and caching (Redis)
  • Experience or interest in building integrations, ETL/data sync, or workflow automation
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, CDK, EC2) and observability tooling
