What You’ll Do

This entry-level / junior creative role supports packaging, labeling, marketing collateral, and wider creative needs for a regulated, product-focused organization. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Design and produce new labels, packaging, instructions-for-use formats, and label revisions to meet marketing and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit print-ready files to vendors and printers; obtain and manage proofs.
  • Create marketing collateral and advertising assets to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Maintain labeling and collateral review/approval workflows and archives for version control and compliance.
  • Provide creative support to cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, product, events).
  • Execute design work for programs, events, and digital channels; support simple motion/video timing and animation needs.
  • Keep up with design best practices, prepress/print production techniques, and tooling improvements.
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc creative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Entry-level (0–2 years) — portfolio or reel required for application.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with basic motion/animation tools a plus.
  • Experience with print production, prepress, and vendor proofing processes.
  • Comfortable in both Mac and PC environments; proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management — able to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to learn product- and industry-specific concepts (medical/dental terminology and regulatory labeling considerations).
  • Able to perform light physical tasks as needed (occasional lifting up to 35 lbs, kneeling, climbing step stool/ladder, standing for periods).
  • Ability to legally work in the United States; candidates requiring employer-sponsored visa sponsorship should note requirements during application.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $55,000 – $64,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; HRA and FSA; short- and long-term disability; life insurance; pet insurance; PTO; 401(k) profit-sharing with match; potential year-end bonuses.
  • Typical hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
  • Hybrid option: after three months of employment, eligible for two days remote per week; remaining schedule requires work in the Schaumburg, IL office.
