About the Role

The Product Manager will partner with business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to define and drive the strategic vision for enterprise technology products and platforms at our confidential client in the law practice industry. This role leads portfolio-level product strategy, sequences cross‑departmental initiatives, translates business objectives into product outcomes, and works closely with Agile delivery teams to realize measurable value.


What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Define, document, and communicate multi-year product vision and strategy across multiple enterprise products and platforms.
  • Build and maintain portfolio-level roadmaps that show sequencing, dependencies, releases, and milestones.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to evaluate investments, guide prioritization, and align technology delivery to business strategy.
  • Translate strategic intent into clear, actionable product direction and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
  • Engage in solution shaping and product definition to reduce ambiguity, mitigate risk, and unblock delivery.
  • Monitor product health, performance, adoption, and value realization using metrics and feedback loops; iterate strategy based on outcomes.
  • Balance firm‑wide strategic outcomes with near‑term delivery needs and operational priorities.
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, or proprietary information belonging to the confidential client.
  • Influence cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, security, operations, legal) and manage stakeholder communications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a product manager for Agile software development teams or in related product/portfolio roles.
  • Expert knowledge of product management practices and the Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to define and articulate enterprise-level product vision and strategy across multiple products.
  • Strong experience translating business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
  • Experience using product metrics and outcome-driven approaches to inform strategy (KPIs, adoption, ROI).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications such as Agile Certification, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
  • Experience in regulated industries (legal, financial services, healthcare) or enterprise environments with sensitive data.
  • Previous experience managing product portfolios or multi-product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with data-driven decision making, and familiarity with modern product tooling.

Compensation

USD $175,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.

Location & Work Arrangements

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA (Global Services Office — Downtown Los Angeles). The confidential client may offer a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid mix of in-office and remote work depending on business needs.
