What You’ll Do

This entry-level Associate Product Manager will own specific product areas end-to-end and partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Drive discovery and define clear product requirements and specs for assigned features
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with UX/design to prototype and validate concepts through user research and usability testing
  • Work with engineering to plan sprints and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
  • Define and track success metrics; analyze product and user data to inform decisions (A/B tests, funnels, KPIs)
  • Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to shape the roadmap
  • Support go-to-market activities, launch planning, and post-launch monitoring
  • Communicate roadmaps, status updates, and tradeoffs to cross-functional teams and leadership

What We’re Looking For

We seek early-career candidates with strong product instincts, analytic ability, and excellent communication skills.

  • 0–2 years of product experience (internships, campus projects, or related roles such as UX, analytics, software engineering, or PM apprenticeships)
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, metrics, and basic experimentation concepts
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to write user stories and specs
  • Customer-first mindset and curiosity for research and qualitative insights
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar)
  • Comfortable learning basic SQL or data tooling; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers
  • BS/BA in a relevant field preferred but not required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Prior exposure to A/B testing, growth/product metrics, or technical prototyping
  • Basic frontend or backend development understanding (ability to read code or APIs)
  • Coursework or projects in product management, UX, human-centered design, or data analysis
