What You’ll Do
This entry-level Associate Product Manager will own specific product areas end-to-end and partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Drive discovery and define clear product requirements and specs for assigned features
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with UX/design to prototype and validate concepts through user research and usability testing
- Work with engineering to plan sprints and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Define and track success metrics; analyze product and user data to inform decisions (A/B tests, funnels, KPIs)
- Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to shape the roadmap
- Support go-to-market activities, launch planning, and post-launch monitoring
- Communicate roadmaps, status updates, and tradeoffs to cross-functional teams and leadership
What We’re Looking For
We seek early-career candidates with strong product instincts, analytic ability, and excellent communication skills.
- 0–2 years of product experience (internships, campus projects, or related roles such as UX, analytics, software engineering, or PM apprenticeships)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, metrics, and basic experimentation concepts
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to write user stories and specs
- Customer-first mindset and curiosity for research and qualitative insights
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar)
- Comfortable learning basic SQL or data tooling; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers
- BS/BA in a relevant field preferred but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Prior exposure to A/B testing, growth/product metrics, or technical prototyping
- Basic frontend or backend development understanding (ability to read code or APIs)
- Coursework or projects in product management, UX, human-centered design, or data analysis
