What You’ll Do

This is a two-year New Grad Leadership rotational program for an early-career Data Scientist within the AI & Innovation organization. You will rotate through multiple teams, gaining hands-on experience across AI & Data Infrastructure, Innovation Portfolio, and AI Strategy & Governance. You will contribute to projects that apply machine learning and advanced analytics to improve products, services, and internal processes.

  • Lead and deliver analytics/ML projects across rotations, using data-driven problem solving and clear communication
  • Build and validate predictive models and ML pipelines using Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or similar frameworks
  • Work with data engineering teams to design and consume data pipelines (SQL, ETL, Spark)
  • Support model deployment and MLOps best practices (containerization, CI/CD, monitoring)
  • Translate technical results into business recommendations; help align AI solutions with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive digital transformation and innovation
  • Develop leadership skills through project ownership, stakeholder engagement, and rotational feedback

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end data science projects: data preparation, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, modeling, validation, and deployment
  • Partner with data & AI infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, reproducible solutions
  • Document models, code, and assumptions; maintain version control and reproducibility standards
  • Apply statistical techniques and rigorous experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference where applicable)
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-driven insights
  • Participate in program activities designed to develop leadership, communication, and business acumen
  • Upon successful completion of the program, transition into a permanent Data & AI role aligned to your rotation experience

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications and skills for success in this program:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated academic achievement and evidence of leadership (projects, clubs, internships, or work experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, NumPy), SQL, and machine learning libraries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering concepts is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Business-oriented mindset: ability to connect technical solutions to organizational impact
  • Flexibility to relocate for rotations and possible international assignment (e.g., Madrid, Spain) during the program
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Cranberry Township, PA

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be $65,700 to $73,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Location & Work Authorization

This role is hybrid and based in Cranberry Township, PA. Local candidates are preferred to support the hybrid schedule and rotation logistics. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
