What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Product Management Consultants to join a Software & Product Management team focused on designing and delivering human-centered software and AI-enabled products. In this role you will support product delivery and advisory engagements across the product lifecycle, working with cross-functional teams to define value, usability, and feasibility.

• Assist in foundational Agile and traditional product development practices: write user stories, refine backlogs, and define acceptance criteria
• Contribute to discovery activities: competitive research, user interview observation, and coordination of research efforts
• Support QA and process improvements by aligning acceptance criteria and test input to product goals
• Help craft clear narratives and recommendations using storytelling and trend analysis, with attention to AI and Generative AI opportunities
• Support creation and implementation of digital offerings such as customer portals, intranets, and mobile apps; contribute to journey maps and personas
• Prepare concise status and progress reports for project stakeholders
• Analyze user engagement and market/persona data to surface trends that inform actionable recommendations
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis, applying critical judgment to validate outputs and mitigate bias
• Apply automation and AI technologies to improve insight quality and delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, with expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027 (candidates must be on track to graduate within this window; graduation date will be verified)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B, TN, etc.)
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office prior to your start date (role follows a hybrid model emphasizing team collaboration)
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (travel expenses covered by Confidential Client)
• Experience integrating AI tools (for example, ChatGPT) into workflows to boost productivity and insight generation, paired with critical thinking to assess output quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Majors or coursework in Human Centered Design & Product Management, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Systems, Product or User Experience Design
• Experience with Agile teams, backlog management, and product discovery
• Prior exposure to user research methods and basic data analysis
