Participants gain hands-on experience across multiple operational functions, lead process improvement initiatives, and develop critical skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and operational excellence under the guidance of experienced leaders and mentors. Successful completion positions participants for leadership roles driving operational performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Overview
Distribution Center Operations Development Program — 24-month rotational leadership program in East Windsor, NJ that prepares recent graduates for operations leadership roles within a large distribution and supply chain organization. Participants gain hands-on experience across inbound/outbound, inventory control, quality, wire cutting, and other DC functions while driving process improvements and building leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured 24-month Operations Leadership Development Program with progressive assignments across multiple supply chain functions.
- Lead and support operational improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing data, and proposing solutions.
- Support daily operations in areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control/Quality, Wire Cutting, and Supply Chain Services.
- Collaborate with operations leaders and cross-functional partners on workforce management, productivity, safety, and quality.
- Complete continuous improvement projects and pursue Yellow Belt/Green Belt opportunities.
- Attend orientation, training, leadership sessions, and networking events to deepen business acumen and people leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university completed or expected prior to the program start date.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a supply chain or operations environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical distribution environment and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree concentration in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Distribution, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Internship, co-op, or prior experience in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
- Experience with continuous improvement, data analysis, reporting, or project work.
- Prior leadership roles in work, campus organizations, athletics, volunteer activities, or similar settings.
- Familiarity with operational performance metrics and warehouse technologies.

- Location: East Windsor, NJ (on-site rotations within distribution/warehouse operations).
- Program length: 24 months (rotational).
- Estimated salary (as listed): $37,873 per year (estimated).
